Pennsylvania is getting a new specialty broker-dealer.

However, it is not your average sell-side shop. Cauldon Quinn, a service-disabled veteran and financial industry leader, has shared with Traders Magazine the Grand Opening of Bancroft Capital, LLC a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), operating an Institutional Broker-Dealer and Investment Advisor. The firm will engage in a month-long celebration that will culminate on Veterans Day, November 12 at their headquarters located at 501 Office Center Drive, Suite 130, Fort Washington, PA.

A a sign of its core mission, helping veterans, Bancroft Capital will donate 100% of their net profits on Veterans Day to the Travis Manion Foundation, a nonprofit that empowers veterans and their families.

“Bancroft is committed to the restoration of veterans and disabled veterans to their rightful place of leadership within society, community, and foremost to their individual family,” Quinn told Traders Magazine. “We aggressively look to partner with any likeminded organizations and what better place to begin than with our neighbor. In my humble opinion there are few organizations as meaningfully conceived as the Travis Manion Foundation. We are humbled, and proud to partner with Travis Manion Foundation and look to support their leadership in any way we can.”

Bancroft, founded on July 4, 2017, has been providing institutional clients with an array of financial services including: Public Finance, Cash Management, Equity Trading, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, 401(k) Consulting, and Asset Management. But now, the firm is fully up to speed and ready for its official kick-off.

In keeping with Quinn’s vision to restore disabled veterans through meaningful and lasting employment, the firm employs a Veteran Training Program in partnership with a leading local university. Bancroft’s Veteran Training Program accepts a new class every six months and places financial industry veterans alongside military veterans working together to deliver value-added content to its clients.

Bancroft Capital is one of a handful of SDVOSB in the country and the first in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The firm has received designations as a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business from the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (Vet Biz), New York State, Disability:IN, NaVOBA, NVDBC, VIB Network, and Elite SDVOB Network.
