The collaborative solution combines Insightful’s Soteria™, the leading multimedia capture, analytics, proactive monitoring, and case reconstruction platform, with enepath’s Eclipse™ trader voice product suite. The Eclipse™ suite includes the latest trading turret and high definition (HD) integrated voice recording technology, and is delivered and supported worldwide in cooperation with global partner, Telstra.
With this unique combination of Soteria™ and Eclipse™, firms are provided with the best possible voice capture, real-time analytics, and e-surveillance capability. Uncompressed, multi-channel HD recording of both inbound and outbound communications, delivers the best possible source to aid accurate voice-to-text transcriptions. This then enables extensive analytics to be carried out on all data, as well as live proactive monitoring including keyword alerting, all of which facilitating instant trade reconstruction that adheres to compliance regulations and global retention policies.
