Changes in the STOXX Europe 50 Index are being announced today due to the fast-exit rule. This rule states that components of the STOXX Europe 50 Index are monitored for any changes based on the monthly selection list ranking, i.e. on an ongoing monthly basis.

A component is deleted if:

» it ranks 75 or below on the monthly selection list; and

» it ranked 75 or below on the selection list of the previous month.

The deleted component is replaced by the highest-ranking non-component on the monthly selection list.
