Tradeweb Files for IPO

Tradeweb Markets, a leading, global operator of electronic marketplaces for rates, credit, money markets and equities, today announced that Tradeweb Markets Inc. has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. Tradeweb intends to list its Class A common stock on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “TW.”

Tradeweb intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to purchase equity interests from certain existing owners. Refinitiv will continue to own a controlling interest in Tradeweb following the offering.

J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Morgan Stanley are acting as the joint book-running managers for the offering.
