What does receiving the Excellence in Asset management award mean to you and your team?

Receiving the Excellence in Asset Management award is such an honor for us personally and for our team. It is tremendously gratifying to see our many years of hard work and dedication being recognized. Much of what we do happens behind the scenes, so this acknowledgment is particularly meaningful as it shines a light on our efforts and contributions. This award is not just a testament to our team’s commitment but also serves as an inspiration for all of our female colleagues at AB and across the industry. It reinforces the importance of perseverance and excellence in our field, motivating us to continue striving for the highest standards in asset management.

What have been the main drivers of your success?

Our success has undoubtedly been driven by collaboration and the strength of our team and our partnership with each other.  Our achievements are a direct result of the collective effort and dedication of our amazing AB family. The support from AB management and the broader AB investment team has been instrumental in providing us with the resources and guidance needed to excel. Working together, we have been able to leverage each other’s strengths and expertise, fostering an environment where innovation and excellence thrive.

In a competitive market, we differentiate our service offering by focusing on providing tailored solutions for our clients and investment teams – backed by superior client outcomes.  Whether it’s enhancing efficiency for our investors and traders or developing unique ways to combine public, private, and customized return streams to meeting a specific client need, we are committed to meeting the individual needs of our clients. Our approach is centered on understanding the specific requirements of each investor and delivering solutions that work best for them.
