What is your reaction to winning the Award?

As I approach my 20th anniversary in the industry, this award feels like the culmination of many years of hard work. It is truly an honor to be nominated among so many talented women and it feels truly humbling to have won.

What have been the main drivers of your success?

My success is largely due to the support of others. I have been fortunate to organically find amazing mentors over the years who encouraged me, became role models, and offered feedback. I am also very grateful to Virtu’s management for giving me the autonomy to develop and lead my team. Most importantly, I would not be where I am today without the efforts and hard work from my team.

How do you encourage collaboration, communication, and consistency in delivering top-notch services?

Managing a global team has its challenges; however, I believe setting clear team standards enables us to provide top notch services to our clients. We focus on being proactive rather than reactive. Transparency is key—whether during onboarding, daily support or resolving issues. By maintaining strong internal communication throughout the day, we’re able to serve clients quickly, efficiently, and with integrity.
