Denisse Montesinos
01.12.2026Denisse Montesinos is Co-Founder and Chair of the Board of Mujeres en Finanzas, a non-profit organization with more than 2,100 members focused on the professional development of women in Mexico’s financial sector.
She is also actively involved in strategy, project development, and implementation at Grupo Carso, with a particular focus on social responsibility and real estate initiatives.
Denisse was named one of Forbes Mexico’s 100 Most Powerful Women in both 2022 and 2023. She serves as an Independent Board Member, participates on several Advisory Boards, and is a lecturer in finance-related subjects at three of Mexico’s most prestigious academic institutions.
She brings extensive experience in planning, strategy, and operations within the financial sector, having worked at leading institutions such as BlackRock, where she served as Business Manager for Latin America and Iberia in both New York and Mexico. Her career also includes senior roles across finance and administration at HSBC, UBS, and Banamex, among others.
Denisse holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and an MBA with honors from ITAM.
