Indosuez Wealth Management and Crédit Agricole CIB are announcing the creation of Indosuez Corporate Advisory in France, a new financial advisory entity to support executive shareholders of SMEs and mid-caps, family holding companies and private equity funds in their strategic operations.

Strengthened expertise to drive business growth

The result of the merger of the teams of Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors (Crédit Agricole CIB) and Degroof Petercam Finance France (Indosuez Wealth Management) and equally owned by Indosuez Wealth Management and Crédit Agricole CIB, Indosuez Corporate Advisory brings together more than 80 recognised specialists in the fields of M&A advisory, financing and structuring activities, and capital market support.

A comprehensive and bespoke offering

Indosuez Corporate Advisory offers comprehensive and bespoke support to company managers in all their strategic transactions, from takeovers, disposals, company valuations, mergers and financing advisory to raising capital on the markets (equity and debt) and stock market engineering.

The new entity draws on the sector-specific expertise of Crédit Agricole CIB and Indosuez, notably in private wealth structuring, in the key areas of the economy, including agrifood, wines and spirits, industry, defence, health, technologies, real estate and the energy transition.

Harnessing its extensive network and the powerful synergies between its entities, the Crédit Agricole Group provides cutting-edge M&A expertise to the companies driving economic momentum across all regions, with both national and international expertise. Indosuez Corporate Advisory also benefits from a leading international network, notably through its membership of International Merger and Acquisition Partners (IMAP).
