Over $300 billion of capital is circulating onchain across crypto-native users, investors, corporate treasuries, and DeFi protocols. But the gap between that capital and the world’s best asset managers remains largely unbridged, because traditional funds weren’t structured with this market in mind.
We’re proud to introduce FundOS, the infrastructure that powers Superstate’s own funds, now available to asset managers to bring private funds, mutual funds, and ETFs onchain and access a broader base of onchain investors.
FundOS offers asset managers a streamlined path to tokenization without asking them to rebuild the way their funds already run. The manager chooses the fund, the blockchains, the supported DeFi protocols, and whether to enable stablecoin subscriptions and redemptions. FundOS handles the operational complexity, connecting to existing fund administrators, custodians, and service providers through Superstate’s portal, APIs, and workflows. In short, FundOS simplifies tokenization, enabling faster access to onchain capital without operational disruption.
That simplicity rests on infrastructure already proven in the market. FundOS powers USTB and USCC, which together have $1B+ in AUM, and it is the same infrastructure Invesco is adopting. It is purpose-built for high-powered tokenized fund products designed to take full advantage of emerging digital economies and new sources of onchain investor demand.
A Full Stack for Onchain Fund Operations
FundOS is built not just to bring funds onchain, but to make onchain funds more functional in the markets where onchain capital is actively deployed.
It combines real-time shareholder recordkeeping, regulated onchain transfers through the Superstate allowlist, integrations with supported DeFi protocols, and access to an institutional investor network of more than 300 institutional investors already onboarded through Superstate products. It also enables some of the clearest advantages of tokenized funds: immediate yield accrual, real-time settlement, 24/7 subscriptions and redemptions, transferable shares across compliant digital venues, and collateral utility in supported onchain markets.
Even when assets move into supported DeFi protocols, Superstate can continue tracking beneficial ownership and maintain a current shareholder registry in real time, enabling more advanced onchain fund products without compromising the integrity of the registry.
Connect to Proven Infrastructure Without the Buildout
We built FundOS to meet the demands of institutional asset managers from day one. USTB and USCC showed it works. Now that model is ready for the broader market, giving asset managers a direct path to reach new investor bases and expand fund distribution through onchain markets.
