Bianca Gould is Head of Fixed Income and Equities EMEA at BNY, where she leads the growth of the franchise and the expansion of BNY’s execution capabilities across the region.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Bianca has held several senior leadership roles across sales and trading. Before joining BNY, she was Co-Head of Equities Electronic Sales and Trading, EMEA at RBC Capital Markets. She began her career in Cash Equities Sales Trading at Redburn in 2004, became a partner within five years, and later went on to lead the firm’s Algorithmic Solutions business. She spent 15 years at Redburn before joining RBC.

Bianca is also committed to developing the next generation of talent and is a strong advocate for mentorship and career progression across the industry.

She holds a First-Class BSc in Business & Finance from City University (Cass), London.
