Cboe’s Expansion of Cash-Settled FLEX ETF Options Approved

Cboe said:

“ETFs that temporarily fall below eligibility thresholds now get a one-year window to continue trading cash-settled positions when there is existing open interest, with full eligibility restored at the next biannual review if they requalify.

– The previous 50-ETF eligibility cap has been eliminated.
