NYSE Technologies Adds OTC Markets Group as New SFTI Destination
SFTI Offers Market Data and Quote and Messaging Connectivity to OTC’s 10,000+ OTC Securities

New York, NY, October 13, 2011 – NYSE Technologies, the commercial technology unit of NYSE Euronext, today announced the availability of OTC Markets Group as a new destination on the Secure Financial Transaction Infrastructure® (SFTI®) network. As one of the industry’s fastest, most resilient electronic message transmission networks, SFTI provides customers with highly reliable access to the financial markets and market participants through a single point of access. This service is being rolled out across all SFTI Americas locations, allowing customers to access OTC Markets Group’s market data for the 10,000+ securities traded on OTC Markets’ OTC Link platform.

OTC Markets Group is the latest addition to the expanding SFTI content service provider community which provides low latency access to all NYSE Euronext US Equities and Derivatives markets, NMS data and over 20 additional US market centers. Customers can send order flow and receive market data from OTC Markets by leveraging their existing SFTI connectivity, thereby reducing the cost and complexity of infrastructure. The service also features redundant and disaster recovery connections.

“We are very pleased to add OTC Markets Group to SFTI to offer our customers even greater access to a diverse range of data and tradable securities, now including the OTC Link platform for trading more than 10,000 unlisted issues,” said Stanley Young, CEO of NYSE Technologies. “SFTI is a core component of NYSE Technologies’ unique value proposition for global customers designed to deliver an array of products, services and access to key trading destinations around the world.”

“We are excited to offer our customers and potential customers the option of using the SFTI network to access our real-time market data for more than 10,000 OTC securities,” said Cromwell Coulson, CEO of OTC Markets Group. “This important step will make connecting to our growing marketplace easier and more cost-effective for SFTI’s customer base.”

SFTI is the financial industry’s most secure and resilient network that provides over 1,300 financial market participants with a single point of connectivity to multiple exchanges, market centers and content service providers around the world. Providing lowest latency access to NYSE Euronext Equities and Derivatives markets and a host of non-NYSE Euronext global execution venues, SFTI was built specifically for electronic trading and market data transmission with the goal of enabling firms to reduce their time-to-market, improve their performance and significantly lower the cost of their high-performance trading infrastructure. Members also benefit from full redundancy and access to a range of NYSE Technologies solutions including Risk Management Gateway, SuperFeed™, Marketplace™ and Compute On Demand.

OTC Markets Group is a leading source of quote, trade and contact information for over 10,000 unlisted securities. The SFTI network now includes OTC Markets Group’s Multi-cast Data Feed, QDIST Legacy Data Feed and access to the OTC Link platform. Once provisioned, SFTI customers may quote, trade and receive market data from OTC Markets – serving diverse business strategies and customer needs.

OTC Markets Group’s real-time data will soon be available in NYSE Superfeed, the normalized real-time data feed product offered by NYSE Technologies. Superfeed provides a single vendor solution for access to data across markets via ultra low latency connections (via SFTI or co-location).
