It’s that time of year again, where people all over New Orleans line the streets to partake in the celebratory Mardi Gras festivities that take the city by storm. Even though we’re not in New Orleans, we can enjoy Fat Tuesday right here in NYC by making our own NOLA style cocktails and inviting our friends over to a Mardi Gras party with purple, gold and green beads. By following these simple and delicious cajun inspired cocktails, we can easily turn the Big Apple into the Big Easy for a special celebratory night.
