AlphaDesk Opens US office in Manhattan and Hires Staff

08.11.2016

PRNewswire – TORONTO AlphaDesk, the cloud-based software provider to hedge funds and other investment managers, has invested in a New York office to support its rapidly expanding client-base.

Anthony Dunphy and Rodney Laveau will spearhead sales and business development respectively, with extensive experience of the hedge fund and asset management industry.  Anthony previously worked for Eze Software and GS REDI, Rodney at Nirvana Solutions.

Says Kevin Galliers, who recently joined as Chief Operating Officer, “I am very excited to add Anthony and Rodney to the team.  Having a US presence is essential, and the NY/tri-state market represents the highest concentration of funds world-wide; our adoption rate has been accelerating since the start of 2016, and now is the time to invest.  This market demands an integrated OMS and PMS, delivered and supported at an un-beatable SaaS price point via the Cloud, as the alternative investment industry increases its focus on providing transparency and value.”
