10.11.2016
Citisoft – Boston – The Citisoft Group, a leading global investment management consulting firm, today announced the appointment of David Bates as Managing Partner of its North American business and Jenny Mynahan as Director of Vendor Relations.  This announcement comes on the heels of the recent appointment of Paul Migliore and Tom Secaur as new Global CEO and COO last month.
David Bates has nearly twenty years of consulting experience servicing the investment management industry and has held leadership positions at Citisoft since 2008. David has extensive experience developing operational and technology strategies, managing complex transformation initiatives, and advising leading global investment management firms.  David Bates will join Steve Young, Managing Partner of Citisoft Europe, in overseeing and leading growth strategies for Citisoft.
“David’s level of expertise and keen eye for strategy are unmatched in the industry,” says Tom Secaur, Global COO of The Citisoft Group. “Aside from his domain expertise, he has led several of Citisoft’s largest client projects and been an invaluable resource in winning business, ensuring project success, and cultivating talent. He’s been a key contributor to Citisoft’s ongoing success and I have no doubt that he will help us continue this growth trajectory.”
Jenny Mynahan has been a consultant with Citisoft for over ten years in the delivery capacity. Her experience spans virtually all facets of the global investment management business with involvement in front, middle, and back office initiatives across a diverse set of clients. As Director of Vendor Relations, she will be responsible for managing and growing Citisoft’s vendor and service provider relationships, and developing and maintaining Citisoft’s vendor intelligence.
“The vendor landscape has been changing quickly over the last few years. It’s critical that our consulting team is educated on new services, technologies, and players as the industry evolves,” says Paul Migliore, Global CEO of The Citisoft Group. “There is no better person to lead this initiative than Jenny. Her depth of experience with both vendors and service providers across the front, middle, and back office will help ensure our market intelligence is leading edge.”
Jenny Mynahan and David Bates will both be based out of Citisoft’s Boston office.
