STA WIF is pleased to assist Donna Brown and Cheryl Lytton-Smith, Ken’s daughters and founders of the Ken Heath Award in this effort. Ken Heath recognized the meaningful platform that afforded him the opportunity to champion the achievements of women professionals. In 1999, Ken founded Women of Wall Street, which through its annual publication and awards ceremony honored women with varying degrees of talent and years of dedication to the securities industry. Excellence in Leadership, Mentors of the Year, Trailblazer and Rising Stars were just a few of the esteemed categories of recognition. Regarded within the trading community as a genuine supporter of women in finance, Ken maximized available resources to identify and promote their contributions and accomplishments. The Ken Heath Award symbolizes Ken’s attitude and service towards the advancement of successful, intelligent and influential women leaders in finance.
