New York/London – Fixed income traders using Refinitiv’s flagship financial desktop product Eikon now have greater choice and  efficiency, and enhanced liquidity access with the integration of iQbonds from valantic Trading Solutions AG (valantic).  iQbonds can be seamlessly integrated into a trader’s workflow using the Refinitiv Side by Side Integration API, enabling traders to make fast, efficient, and informed decisions.   When Eikon Apps from iQBonds is opened, iQbonds displays list of bonds to trade, and a user can click on one bond to get the Bond Description from Eikon (Eikon Bond view).   Refinitiv is formerly the Financial and Risk business of Thomson Reuters.

iQbonds combine market making and pricing capabilities for fixed income products with connections to electronic markets, exchanges, and information platforms.  Its functionalities can be enhanced through Eikon’s comprehensive suite of news, charting, and other analysis tools.  The system continuously calculates bond prices and yields, giving traders the ability to quote bonds across electronic markets while simultaneously placing and trading orders.

Through Eikon, traders have access to data from more than 400 exchanges and OTC-traded markets and over 70 direct exchange feeds, delivered via Thomson Reuters Elektron low latency data feeds.  Eikon offers a portfolio-centered pricing system which delivers Advanced Analytics, Multi-Asset CVA, MtM, P&L, and Risk Reporting.
