Abaxx Technologies to Trade on Toronto Stock Exchange

Abaxx Technologies Inc., a financial software and market infrastructure company, majority shareholder of Abaxx Singapore Pte. Ltd., the owner of Abaxx Commodity Exchange and Clearinghouse, announces that, further to the Company’s press release dated May 13, 2026, the common shares of the Company will be listed for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange effective market open on May 21, 2026 (the “Listing”).

In connection with the Listing, the Company’s common shares will be delisted from Cboe Canada at the close of market on May 20, 2026. Shareholders are not required to exchange their share certificates or take any other action in connection with the Listing, as there will be no change in the trading symbol or CUSIP for the common shares.
