Academy Securities and Alembic Global Advisors Announce Partnership

BUSINESS WIRE  – NEW YORK–Academy Securities Inc. (“Academy Securities”), a disabled veteran-owned and operated broker-dealer, and Alembic Global Advisors LLC (“Alembic Global Advisors”), an independent equity research firm, today announced a partnership between the two firms. The firms will approach both the investor and corporate markets with their combined capabilities. Through the partnership, institutional investors will access the trading capabilities, new issue calendar, equity research and corporate access events of both Academy and Alembic. Corporate clients will be able to utilize the firms’ combined capital markets capabilities in both equity and fixed income, as well as the corporate access opportunities with an expanded investor base.

The firms plan to utilize their combined expertise and resources to provide portfolio managers best-in-class equity research, sales, and trading expertise. This effort also helps to further enhance Academy’s commitment to supporting veterans through employment, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
