Adriana Rangel

Adriana Rangel leads the team that designs and executes the distribution strategy at Vanguard in Latin America. The Latin America Distribution Team delivers Vanguard’s investment and advisory solutions and thought leadership to Pension Plans and Intermediary institutions serving Latin American investors in Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, Costa Rica and US Offshore. She is a member of the Americas Leadership Team and the Latin America Operating Committee.  

Prior to her current role, she led the Institutional Sales Team in Latin America.  Before joining Vanguard, Ms. Rangel spent six years at BlackRock as a Director of iShares Global Markets for Latin America, where she strengthened the ecosystem of local and global ETFs. Previously, she served as an Equity Sales Trader at UBS and a Money Market Trader at the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Adriana holds an MBA from the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management and has a degree in Economics from ITAM (Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México). Adriana is a co-founder and board member of “Mujeres enFinanzas”; member of the advisory board at Women in Finance Latam; and has served as independent board member at a fintech.
