Oksana Cole is Head of E-Trading Relationship Management, Fixed Income, at Tradition Securities & Derivatives LLC / Bonds.com. In this role, she is responsible for managing strategic client relationships and supporting the growth of the firm’s electronic trading solutions across the fixed income markets. She works closely with both buy-side and sell-side clients to improve trading workflows and increase adoption of electronic trading.

Oksana has more than 15 years of experience in electronic trading, sales, and relationship management, with expertise across Investment Grade, High Yield, and Emerging Markets credit products. Prior to joining Tradition, she served as Head of Dealer Sales and Business Development at Liquidnet.

Throughout her career, Oksana has focused on building strong client relationships and helping clients navigate the continued evolution of electronic trading in fixed income. She earned her degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Outside of work, Oksana is a mom to two young children. Most weekends are spent on the golf course, at the baseball or soccer field, or watching tennis. She also loves spending time with her two pups, and enjoys making the most of every moment with family and friends.
