Eunice Zhu is an award-winning derivatives trader and financial markets leader with almost two decades of global investment banking experience across trading, quantitative analytics and counterparty risk. She is Head of XVA & Discounting Trading, Europe & Americas at HSBC, leading one of the firm’s most technical front-office trading businesses and driving innovation in XVA pricing, risk management and trading.

Beyond her executive role, Eunice is a passionate advocate for advancing women and diverse talent in financial services. She founded the Lean In Women in Banking & Finance Circle, growing it to nearly 800 members before successfully integrating it into Women in Financial Markets (WIFM). She now serves on WIFM’s UK & Europe Leadership Committee and as an Ambassador, where she has expanded peer mentoring initiatives and is leading the inaugural WIFM Europe Conference.

Eunice also serves on the Advisory Board of the European Women in Finance Awards, as Vice Chair of Ekaya Housing Association, and is an active committee member of HSBC’s Balance and China Connect employee networks. She is a CFA Charterholder, a Freeman of the City of London and a Liverywoman of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers.
