Lindsey Osgood is a Sales Executive within Nasdaq’s Market Technology organization, based in New York. She partners closely with exchanges, regulators, and market operators to support the adoption of Nasdaq’s market infrastructure and surveillance solutions, with a focus on strengthening market integrity and enabling platforms to scale responsibly across asset classes in well‑regulated environments. She also is currently Co-Lead for External Partnership for Women in Nasdaq (WIN) an employee network group of over 1900 women globally.  

Prior to joining Nasdaq, Lindsey served as Director of Business Development at Piper Sandler, where she led the firm’s Private Equity Secondaries Trading business. In that role, she worked closely with senior leadership across investment banking, research, and equities, while coordinating with legal and operational teams to ensure regulatory compliance and scalable business processes.

Earlier in her career, Lindsey spent over a decade at ION Group/Fidessa as a Senior Account Director, managing major institutional client relationships and supporting advanced trading technologies across equities, options, and derivatives markets.

Lindsey holds a B.S. in Computer Science, with a concentration in Information Systems, from the State University of New York at Brockport, and maintains FINRA licenses, including the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63.
