  • EUR CoinVertible is the first euro stablecoin issued by Societe Generale-FORGE integrated into Boerse Stuttgart Digital’s regulated infrastructure
  • The partnership with Societe Generale-FORGE enables Boerse Stuttgart Digital to offer its clients access to the MiCA-compliant euro stablecoin
  • This collaboration also marks an important step in Boerse Stuttgart Digital’s broader European expansion, including its presence in France

Boerse Stuttgart Digital, Europe’s leading crypto infrastructure partner for financial institutions, announces the integration of EUR CoinVertible – the MiCAR-compliant euro stablecoin issued by Societe Generale-FORGE (“SG-FORGE”) – into its trading and custody solutions, marking the first onboarding of a euro stablecoin issued by a bank-subsidiary into Boerse Stuttgart Digital’s fully regulated ecosystem.

Trusted institutional partnership expanding into digital assets

This integration signals a new step in Boerse Stuttgart Digital’s expansion across Europe, particularly on the French market, where the crypto infrastructure provider keeps growing its business footprint. It also deepens a two-decade partnership between Boerse Stuttgart Group and Societe Generale, which started across traditional capital markets before extending into digital assets.

The collaboration was first illustrated, in September 2025, through the successful settlement of a test transaction using Societe Generale‑FORGE’s EUR CoinVertible stablecoin on Seturion, Boerse Stuttgart Group’s pan‑European settlement platform for tokenized securities. Building on this initial step, it also has been further strengthened through a strategic partnership announced in May 2026 between Seturion, flatexDEGIRO, Societe Generale and SG-FORGE, reinforcing the development of a pan-European settlement infrastructure for tokenized securities.

Boerse Stuttgart Group’s presence in France is long-established, as the group has worked with the country’s leading banking institutions for more than twenty years in structured products and exchange services. The integration of SG-FORGE’s stablecoin is an extension of these relationships into the digital assets’ space.

Dr. Matthias Voelkel, CEO of Boerse Stuttgart Group, said: “For decades, we have provided leading financial institutions across Europe with regulated market infrastructure. By partnering with Societe Generale-FORGE, we are further expanding Boerse Stuttgart Digital’s footprint in the digital assets space through the integration of their euro stablecoin into our ecosystem. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to building reliable, compliant, and trusted crypto and digital asset infrastructure for the European financial market.”

Jean-Marc Stenger, CEO of Societe Generale-FORGE, said: “The integration of EUR CoinVertible into Boerse Stuttgart Digital’s infrastructure marks a new step in fostering the adoption of a trusted euro‑denominated digital asset, supported by leading institutions. This collaboration reinforces SG‑FORGE’s position as Europe’s reference stablecoin issuer and strengthens the connection between the crypto‑native ecosystem we serve and financial market infrastructures. Together, we are enabling the development of innovative products and services at scale, within a robust and fully regulated framework.”

A robust and regulated stablecoin at the core

While most crypto platforms have built their stablecoin offering around US-dollar instruments from Web3-native issuers, Boerse Stuttgart Digital has taken a differentiating approach, with its first stablecoin integration being euro-denominated, regulated under MiCAR, and issued by a subsidiary of a systemically important European bank. This demonstrates once again Boerse Stuttgart Digital’s full commitment to both European sovereignty and institutional crypto adoption.

Through this integration, Boerse Stuttgart Digital will provide its clients with a stable, secure euro settlement and payment instrument that meets the regulatory and institutional standards European banks and their customers require.

For Boerse Stuttgart Digital, it also reflects a broader strategic conviction: that stablecoins are becoming a foundational layer of digital finance in Europe, and that their widespread adoption will be shaped by regulated financial institutions.

Dr. Matthias Voelkel, CEO of Boerse Stuttgart Group, added: “We are significantly expanding our stablecoin capabilities through this partnership. Euro stablecoins are a matter of strategic sovereignty, enabling Europe to build its own trusted market infrastructure rather than relying on non-European alternatives. Their adoption will be led by regulated financial institutions and banks, embedding trust, compliance, and resilience into the market infrastructure of the future.”
