CBOE Holdings Declares First Quarter 2013 Dividend

CHICAGO, Feb. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock payable on March 22, 2013, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2013.
