What do you enjoy most about your day-to-day work?
I enjoy being the trusted adviser to the business team, helping them grow the business while navigating the legal and regulatory landscape to ensure compliance.
How has your definition of success changed over time?
Being technically strong, and well respected and valued by colleagues including business team and legal and compliance peers.
What’s something you’ve learned from the people you’ve worked with throughout your career?
Stop and think, taking a step back to give myself headspace to think from a strategic perspective when navigating through complex issues or in strategic project management.
