MARKETS MEDIA ADDS VETERAN EDITOR JOHN D’ANTONA

(NEW YORK, MARCH 7) — Markets Media is pleased to announce that John D’Antona has joined the company as Senior Editor.

A 22-year veteran of financial journalism, D’Antona joins Markets Media from SourceMedia/Traders Magazine, where he was Managing Editor and Social & Digital Media Editor.

D’Antona will help drive Markets Media’s editorial remit, which is to provide the highest-quality institutional trading content in North America and Europe, spanning equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives, as well as financial technology and its convergence with capital markets.

Recent highlights of Markets Media coverage include multi-part article series about the state of the art in FX trading platforms, artificial intelligence in financial services, and liquidity in ETF markets. Just in the past couple weeks, Markets Media profiled buy-side trading desks that were recognized in the 2016 Markets Choice Awards.

-Shanny Basar, London-based Senior Writer, focuses on European trading, market structure and regulation;
