NYSE Arca Options: Trading Floor in San Francisco to Partially Reopen on Monday, May 4, 2020
On Monday, May 4, 2020, the NYSE Arca Options trading floor in San Francisco will partially reopen. Normal trading activity will be supported, however the floor will operate with reduced personnel and additional safety precautions for exchange staff and the trading floor community.
The limited reopening plan is designed to accommodate health-focused considerations. Upon reopening, NYSE Arca Options trading floor personnel will be required to follow enhanced safety protocols, which include, but are not limited to, compliance with the public health orders of the City and County of San Francisco. Members seeking admittance to the floor should review NYSE Arca Options RB-20-02 and contact the NYSE Arca Options support team (NYSE-SFTradingFloorOfficials@TheIce.com) for additional details.
At this time, the NYSE and NYSE American Options trading floors in New York City remain closed and plans to reopen will be communicated in a subsequent Trader Update once a timeline is established.
