Paul Finnegan to Join LIVEVOL as CEO

Livevol, Inc., a leading derivative financial technology firm recognized for their proprietary new generation of electronic marketplace products and services, today announced the appointment of Paul Finnegan as Chief Executive Officer. He is to join the firm as CEO on September 17, 2012.

Mr. Finnegan, who was Senior Vice President NYSE Euronext and Co-CEO of NYSE Arca Options, will be managing Livevol’s next stage of growth. With offices in Chicago, New York and San Francisco, Mr. Finnegan will be managing a strong staff of industry experts. “Livevol’s core proprietary trading technology business continues to expand, and we welcome Mr. Finnegan in his new role in leading our expansion efforts” said Patrick Arbor, Chairman of the Board. “We are confident his significant exposure to the derivatives industry, extensive background with market professionals, and multiple exchange relationships will help us continue to grow our business,” said Ronald Chez, interim CEO of Livevol.

Mr. Finnegan has been with NYSE Euronext since January 2008, most recently as Co-CEO of NYSE Arca Options. Mr. Finnegan began his career in the securities business and became a member of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) in 1993. He held further industry related positions including Director of International Business Development at the CBOE, Vice President of Marketing/Business Development at MF Global, Managing Director of Marketing at the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT), and Director of Retail Derivatives at E*Trade Financial.

Mr. Finnegan received a BA in Marketing from Loras College and a MBA in International Business from St. Xavier University. He also holds series 3, 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
