FINRA – Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to amend FINRA Rule 7730 to establish a fee for the new Academic Corporate Bond TRACE Data product.
