Ripple to Provide Prime Brokerage to Brevan Howard

Ripple, a leading provider of blockchain solutions across traditional and digital finance, and Brevan Howard, a leading global alternative investment manager specializing in global macro and digital assets, announced that they are deepening their relationship. Under the terms of the expanded agreement, Ripple Prime will now provide multi-asset prime brokerage, clearing and financing services to Brevan Howard funds.

This reflects growing demand from top-tier investment managers globally for prime brokerage solutions across traditional and digital markets within a regulated, enterprise-grade framework. Brevan Howard will now have access to comprehensive prime services spanning asset classes and products, benefiting from Ripple Prime’s unified platform that is designed to enhance capital efficiency and operational simplicity.

“There are few firms equipped to provide the next generation of prime services that sophisticated investors expect, and Brevan Howard’s trust in Ripple Prime is recognition of our strong competitive position and cross-asset capabilities,” said Noel Kimmel, President of Ripple Prime. “Our expanded relationship reflects a long-term commitment to shared success. Brevan Howard continues to be at the forefront of innovation across increasingly intertwined traditional and digital markets, and we are excited to partner with a firm that shares our vision for the future of global finance.”

“As digital and traditional markets become more interconnected, the need for institutional-quality digital asset infrastructure that enables a seamless experience for investors is only growing,” said Alan McGroarty, Group COO of Brevan Howard. “Ripple has built a differentiated platform that we expect will provide our investment teams with increased operational ease and capital efficiency.”

The expanded relationship builds on Brevan Howard’s existing support for Ripple. Funds managed by affiliates of Brevan Howard participated in Ripple’s $500 million strategic investment in 2025, underscoring confidence in Ripple’s growth trajectory and long-term vision.
