Warsaw Stock Exchange Aims to Continue IPOs

Robinhood Markets, Inc. has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to the proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Robinhood has applied to list its Class A common shares on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol “HOOD.”

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan are acting as joint lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. Barclays, Citigroup and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as active book-running managers for the proposed offering.
