Our winner is President & COO of a swaps execution facility for interest rate swaps and credit derivatives.

She has held leadership positions in successful start-up companies. Professionally, she is passionate about joining start-up companies that have the opportunity to be transformative — going where others have not in creating viable businesses that provide solutions to longstanding problems.
With each sale of a company, her goal is to give back in a meaningful way, for example by building a teaching lab for inner-city students or endowing a financial investment fund where students can learn the tools of real-time investing. We wish her the best in these altruistic endeavors.
The winner for Excellence in Leadership is Karen O’Connor of trueEX.
