Archax Secures Additional Spanish Permissions

Archax Group, the regulated digital asset platform provider, announced that its Spanish subsidiary, Archax Markets Europe, S.V., S.A., has received approval from the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), the Spanish regulator, for Reception and Transmission of Orders (RTO), Execution, Allocation, Custody and Advisory services, adding to its existing regulatory permissions there. As a fully regulated exchange, broker and custodian for both securities and derivatives instruments, this now allows Archax Markets Europe to service professional and eligible counterparty clients across the EU and EEA region.

The approval marks another major milestone in Archax’s global expansion, establishing a wide range of regulated services, products and financial instruments in the European Union, and completing a comprehensive international regulatory footprint that now spans the UK (FCA), the US (SEC/FINRA), and the EU (ESMA, CNMV, MIFID).

Through its EU broker, Archax will now be able to offer private placements, RTO and execution of both traditional and tokenised financial instruments, to EU professional and institutional investors. These instruments can also be admitted to trade on the Archax European exchange to improve liquidity, as well as to provide access to new potential financing for medium and small companies. Significantly, the firm’s new EU authorisation also includes the ability to offer Custody and Advisory services to EU and non-EU clients.

Graham Rodford, CEO and co-founder of Archax, comments: “Expanding our EU regulations to mirror more closely those we have in the UK, and recently added in the US, means we can now offer clients our full range of digital asset products and services across the European region too. These expanded EU permissions, combined with our existing US and UK regulatory stacks, gives Archax a multi-jurisdiction model and footprint which is a real structural advantage few others can match.”

The EU approval positions Archax to serve growing global institutional demand for tokenised RWAs, as EU policymakers and regulators move toward a clearer framework for digital asset markets.
