ISDA EMEA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee: Grupo Isolux Corsan Finance B.V. Bankruptcy Credit Event
isda.org – LONDON – The International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) today announced that its EMEA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee resolved that a bankruptcy credit event occurred in respect of Grupo Isolux Corsan Finance B.V..
The Committee also resolved to hold an auction in respect of outstanding CDS transactions. ISDA will publish further information regarding the auction on its website, www.isda.org/credit, in due course.
The offering makes it simple for firms to track their sustainable derivatives positions.
Phase 5 of the uncleared margin rules (UMR) took effect from September 2021.
A number of Libor rates will cease to exist at the end of this year.
Pension funds in Asia have significantly increased their international exposure.
