06.20.2019

Intertrust has announced the acquisition of Viteos.

Established in 2003, Viteos is a top 10 U.S. fund administration provider, delivering tech-enabled, value added services to the funds industry. With more than 700 highly skilled employees, Viteos has grown into an industry leader servicing $350 billion in assets.

As well as widening our range of services with its comprehensive fund solutions, Viteos’ leading edge technology across artificial intelligence, blockchain and robotics process automation will enable us to significantly enhance our service offering, benefiting clients in the Americas, Europe and Asia, and across corporates, funds, capital markets and private wealth. Specifically, our clients will benefit directly through:

  • Automated and standardised service delivery models, improving the efficiency and quality of our services
  • Strengthened technology foundation, leveraging Viteos’s recognised leadership and innovation in digitising the industry
  • Increased scale in the U.S. and India, where the combined group will hold a top 10 position in US fund administration
  • Broader service offering, providing end-to-end middle and back office administration for hedge funds, private equity, real estate, private debt and other alternative asset managers

We already know Viteos well as they have been working with us to develop our technology platform, including our IRIS client portal. The success of our collaboration to date underpins our confidence in combining and moving forward together as one company.

This is an important milestone for both Intertrust and Viteos and we’re very excited about the additional client value we’ll achieve together as one business.
