Institutional investors can now access OTCX’s pricing and execution capabilities directly within BlackRock’s Aladdin platform, streamlining OTC derivatives trading from price discovery through to execution.
OTCX Trading Limited announced the successful launch of its integration with BlackRock’s Aladdin® platform, marking the next milestone in the multi-year technology partnership announced in October 2025 (read the original announcement here).
Mutual clients can now access OTCX’s electronic execution capabilities from the Aladdin platform for interest rate swaps as part of the first phase of integration, helping streamline OTC derivative trading workflows from price discovery through to execution and post-trade processing.
As demand for electronic trading continues to grow across OTC markets, investment firms are increasingly seeking solutions that improve operational efficiency while preserving access to dealer liquidity. The integration enables users to access OTCX for price discovery, request-for-market workflows, trade execution, and post-trade processing through seamless FIX integration.
