Take advantage of the deals during Spa Week to pamper your body at some of the best spas New York has to offer. Over 100 spas and waxing salons in the city are offering $50 treatments in this biannual nationwide event, so there’ll be no shortage of places or services to choose from.

Spa Week runs until Sunday, but appointments have been made weeks in advance so get moving! The first step is to sign up here and search for participating outlets by your zipcode or city and state. Then, choose from the wide range of services that are on offer from laser treatments to organic facials and deep tissue massages.

Founder of Spa Week Chery Reid wanted people in New York to experience luxurious treatments without the hefty price tags. Thus, the event was launched more than ten years ago and has grown to include thousands of spas across the country. The company also offers gift cards that can be used in participating spas year-round and the website has become a valuable resource for people to learn about health and wellness topics.

TimeOut has a list of recommended spots you can check out, including the Israeli-inspired Dorit Baxter, which uses ingredients that come from the Dead Sea in their products, or go all out at L’Institut Sothys New York with their signature massage, a refreshing pineapple and guava spring facial (or a more traditional European facial), and a multi-action eye contour treatment – all of which normally cost twice the amount you’d be paying this week.
